When you order your product from the Plumzzy website, the product is usually dispatched within 30 minutes and the delivery to your address as fast as in 1 hour maximum. The maximum may be 6 hours. You can ask our customer support for details regarding shipment and delivery or track your latest order.

After placing your order, you will receive a notification from our customer support containing your tracking details and the expected delivery time of your order. You can also visit the website and contact our customer support via live chat and call or email for the same.

The shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Please check your order summary on the website to understand the shipping costs for individual products.

Unfortunately, that is not currently possible since the system would have already passed the shipping address and mobile number to our warehouse to pack and ship your order. But in that situation, you can always cancel an order and place a new order again. If not able to cancel the order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
